Applications for our Millennium Club Scholarship 2026 are now open!
We’re excited to launch the application process for our annual Club Millennium Scholarship, aimed at supporting motivated Bulgarian students pursuing higher education, either in Bulgaria or abroad. The scholarship can be used towards your tuition fee or living expenses related to your studies.
Eligibility criteria:
- Bulgarian students applying for Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees (priority is given to Bachelor’s applicants).
- Students pursuing education in any country.
- Students starting their university programme in 2026/2027 academic year.
- Students who already have an offer from a university or have proof of application.*
*In the ocassion where university offer is not given, the scholarship will be granted to our next applicant.
Scholarship amount:
- £/€/$2,500 (depending on destination country).
- Amount may differ in case the currency exchange rate of the desired country is bigger.
The process:
- Stage 1: Complete the form at the bottom of this page.
- Stage 2: A number of candidates would be shortlisted for an interview process of approximately 30 minutes, where they will discuss their motivation and aspirations in greater detail with three members of a carefully curated jury – 2 members of the Board of Directors of Millennium Club Bulgaria and a representative of the Bulgarian organisation Teach for Bulgaria.
Application timeline (2026):
- May 28th – June 22nd: Accepting applications.
- June 22nd – June 28th: Reviewing applications and shortlisting for stage 2.
- June 29th: Results from stage 1. To be shared via email. Please make sure to add scholarship@themillennium.club to your mailing list to avoid our messages going to spam.
- July 1st – July 13th: Interviews of successful candidates with our jury. All interviews to be conducted virtually.
- July 13th – July 19th: Internal discussions.
- July 20th: Scholarship announcement.
- Early August: Funds transferred.
